Brian R. Whitehead has been practicing in the area of injury law for over 23 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota, in 1979. He then attended Willamette University School of Law and graduated Cum Laude in 1983. As a law student, Brian worked as a law clerk in a Salem firm specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. He was first employed as a lawyer in Eugene, Oregon, as appellate counsel for the largest workers' compensation firm in Oregon. After leaving employment in Eugene, Mr. Whitehead continued practicing in the area of workers' compensation and personal injury and started his own practice in 1985. Since 1985, Brian has honed his skills in the area of Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, and Product Liability claims.
